Hop Zombie clone

Bring to 150-160f
0.25 kg crystal malt (40 L) steeped for 30 min.

Remove from heat and stir in 2 kg light dry extract to begin with (and add any @ 60 hops), put back on heat then a further 1.75 kg at 10 min into boil

50g Nelson Sauvignon @ 60 min
20 g Centennial @ 10 min
20 g Nelson Sauvin @ 7 min
20 g Citra @ 5 min
20 g Motueka @ Whirlpool

2 x packs safe ale us-05

21/11 1.072 @ 19oC
30/11 1.022 @ 17oC

4/12 dry hopped:
15 g each of Citra, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.

Seems to still be on 1.022 (6.5%) so cooled 5/12

Bottled 14/12
Kept warm until 22/12
