Mad Mille Ginger beer
2tsp chilli flakes
3tsp all spice
10 cloves
all the kits stuff
~500g dextrose
~300g sugar
1.030 @ 71oC = 4.09%
yeast 25/feb
added loads of water and sugar. conditioned to another keg about 21l weds 9th march
moved to rotokeg with 240g dextrose. 19l 14th march
