So, to the brewing. The first was brewed as follows:
Open can of Cascade Pale Ale. Pour. Add sugar and yeast. Leave.
Gravity went from 1022 after a week to 1014 (not sure of starting gravity).
Moved to keg and added 2.5oz sugar.
Looked like this:
Tasted OK but nothing great. Had to give it a head via the sodastream. Too little sugar me thinks.
Drank it all :)
