Added malts:

  • Blackrock wheat unhopped
  • Blackrock light unhopped
Stirred
Heat to boil
Added 28g wakatu & 34g cascade
30 mins - added 50g stickelbrack & 18g homegrown
55 min - added 18g home grown
60 min - shotdown
Cooled



30/4/17 - added yeast at 1.044 21oC
6/5/17 - 1.014
8/5/17 - 1.013
21/5/17 - 1.010

125g dextrose boiled with 2 cups water

transfer
bottle
