Smoked Porter - all grain

23l water heat to 70oC (mash at 67oC)
5.4kg grain = 13.5l (2.5l/kg)
3.6kg north american
0.9kg smoked
0.45kg crystal
226g chocolate malt
226g black patent
1 hour mash
added couple of litres to heating water - heated to 77oC
mashed 1 hour
run off and sparging
about 20l
boiled 75 mins
21g chinnock @ 60 min
21g goldings @ 15 min

Wyeast American ale liquid yeast
9 days
30/7/18
90g dextrose to 15l
~1.014
 ~6.69%

add more sparge water next time

great brew and perfect carbonation
