boiled 13l water - transfer
boiled 12l water
off heat
add black rock ultra light unhopped malt extract (tin)
add 500g light unhopped malt (not recommended at this stage)
bring back to boil
timer starts 15g rakau
+45m 500g golden syrup
+60m 10g rakau, 10g styrian golding
+65m 40g styrian golding
+72m 25g rakau
+75m shut off

added some sugar (OG too low at 1.030)
few shakes of cinnamon and cloves

added yeast

moved to fridge

160g dextrose
bottled and heated
